Policies

At Wax 201, we understand that sometimes life happens. In order to maintain optimal flow of business and respect the time and experience of other clients and the waxer, the following cancellation/late policy is in effect.

A non-refundable deposit of 50% of your service total is required when booking your appointment. To reschedule your appointment using the same deposit, please reschedule 24 hours before your current appointment. The cancellation policy also applies to canceling services at the time of your appointment. For example, if you book for a Brazilian and Full Leg and decide at your appointment you do not want Full Leg, your deposit for Full Leg is still non-refundable since you are past the 24-hour cancellation window. However, you may substitute another service for the one you don't want to avoid forfeiting your deposit.

We require a 24 hour notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment start time your deposit is still non-transferable and non-refundable, no exceptions.

We have a strict 5 minute late policy. If you are 5 minutes late or more we will try our best to accommodate you. If we are unable to accommodate you, you will have to book a new appointment with a new deposit.
